We'll email your tracking info once it ships. You can also check your Order Status anytime.
Can I cancel or change my order? plus minus
Cancellation is possible only before processing begins. And it's a window that often closes within minutes of the order being placed.
To cancel:
- Open the confirmation email and select "View Your Order," or go to your Order Status.
- If "Cancel Order" appears, follow it.
- If it doesn't, processing has started. The order can't be stopped. It can still be returned under the Return Policy.
Changes: Orders can't be changed. You can cancel before processing or return the order afterward.
Address changes: the same rule applies. Possible until processing starts. Not after.
When will my order ship? plus minus
Before 3 PM ET on a business day: same day. A business day runs Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
Conditions that interrupt this:
- A billing issue. We contact you within one business day.
- The week following Thanksgiving. Most orders still ship same-day; some take two.
- Events beyond our control. Carrier failures, weather, system outages.

Delivery windows appear at checkout for each shipping option.
The tracking says delivered. It isn't here.
This resolves itself more often than not. The system rarely lies. Rarely.

- Wait three business days. Carrier scans are sometimes premature

Most refunds are processed within three business days of receipt. Allow up to ten before writing in.
